Signatures (from BM 15th cent.): [1¹²⁺¹ 2-12⁸ 13¹⁰ 14-23⁸ 24⁸] (first leaf blank; all leaves unsigned).
Chancery folio; printed in double columns; [1]₅ recto: 55 lines plus head-line, 223 (234) x 144 mm; types: 160 (headlines), 82 (text); initial spaces.
COPY NOTE: Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy Q.402.21 FOLIO imperfect: first leaf (blank) wanting. Extra bifolium (ff. cxxvii-cxxviii) sewn in, with all four pages of printed text struck out. Leaf dimensions: 318 x 212 mm.
PROVENANCE: Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy Q.402.21 FOLIO with BPL embossed stamp and several early inscriptions on second flyleaf at front. Early marginalia throughout. Acquired in August, 1912.
BINDING: Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy Q.402.21 FOLIO bound in wooden boards covered in ca. 19th-century maroon goatskin. Spine rebacked in calfskin, unlabeled.
